Paul Cosgrove

Gambrills Maryland - Paul Cosgrove, 66, died suddenly Friday, April 19, 2019.

He leaves his beloved wife of 45 years, Elizabeth “Betsy” (Nee Murphy). His sons Paul C., of Crofton MD, John P. (Megan) of Crofton MD and his daughter Laura E. of Gambrills MD. Grandchildren Anthony C. Cosgrove, Lily V. Cosgrove and Jordan M. Medina. Also surviving, his brother Cyril (Mike) (Carol) and his sister Ann Firn. Also many loving family and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Cyril and Marie Cosgrove, his sister Marie Egan and his brother Joseph P. Cosgrove. 

Paul served in the US Airforce and continued his career with the Veterans Affairs where he worked until his retirement. 

Paul was an avid golfer and loved to travel. His greatest joy was his family vacations in Sea Isle, New Jersey and watching his Philadelphia sports teams. 

Family and friends are invited to express their condolences from 9:30am - 11am Friday, April 26, 2019 at Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1800 Seton Drive Crofton, MD 21114. Followed by a requiem Mass at 11am.

 In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517 made in Paul’s name would be appreciated.
