(Age 92)

On Tuesday, September 25, 2018, Rita Hoffman, beloved wife of the late William Hoffman, died peacefully. She was the loving mother of three sons, Robert (Rebecca) Hoffman, David Hoffman, John Hoffman and four daughters, Kathleen (David) Poole, Jean (Ricky) Holmes, Patricia Hoffman, and Ellen (John) Hall. She was blessed with two grandchildren, Danielle (Kenneth) Kash, Ashley Poole and four great-grandchildren, Logan, Karlee, Xavier and Kenleigh.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy.,Bowie, MD on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 14710 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715 on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 10:00 am . Interment to follow at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD 2:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to the Hospice of Charles County, 2505 Davis Road, Waldorf, MD 20603.
