Robert B. Noble

On Monday, August 13, 2018, Robert “Bob” Noble, 91, passed away peacefully in his home in Bowie, MD. He was a Bowie resident since 1965. He was born in Portsmouth, NH on May 31, 1927.  Bob was married to Helen L. (Toole) Noble for 55 years. Bob was predeceased by his wife, Helen and his son, Robert L. Noble. They had three children, Christine M. “Tina” (Noble) Fulginiti, Robert “Bob” L. Noble and Nancy L. (Noble) Rexroad and 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  He is survived by his current wife, Micheline (Shea) Noble.

He served with the US Navy and later graduated from the University of New Hampshire, with a degree in Civil Engineering.  He then spent most of his career with the Department of the Navy. He enjoyed travel, boating, and golf. He was an expert craftsman and did many lovely improvements to his home.
