On Saturday October 2, 2021, Russell Kirkpatrick, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away at his home surrounded by his family. He was 85 years old.

Russell was born on March 7, 1936 in Rockville, MD to Girly and Ethel (Shifflet) Kirkpatrick. Upon high school graduation, he was drafted in the U.S. Army where he served in infantry. On August 7, 1987 he married Charlotte Marie Daniels. They raised their two children, David and Brenda.

Russell loved to fish, watch/ play baseball, and loved to bird watch and feed the squirrels. When he was younger, he was an avid duckpin bowler. He was known for his spunky personality.

He is survived by his wife Charlotte, and his five children, Russell, Robert, Michael, David and Brenda, his grandchildren, great -grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 18^th, 2021 at Beall Funeral Home at noon.
