Ruth Ann Duncan

On Monday, January 7, 2019, Ruth Duncan passed away peacefully with her husband at her side.  She joins her parents, Charles and Ruth Wagner, and her first husband, Neal Crowley, in eternal and peaceful rest.  Ruth is survived by her devoted husband, Bill.  She is also survived by her sister, Mary Epping, brother-in-law, Bill Epping, brother, Tom Wagner, sister-in-law, Priscilla Wagner, and sister-in-law, Charlotte Sommerville.  She was blessed with seven nieces and nephews, six great nieces and nephews, and three great great nieces and nephews.

Ruth was born on December 22, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She had a love of horses and cats.  She loved to read and do cross-stitch.  She attained a Master’s Degree in Special Education and taught Special Education for 23 years in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 11, 2019, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with a prayer service at 4:00 pm at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 Northwest Crain Highway, Bowie, Maryland 20715.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J.
