Stacey T. Harris

Stacey T. Harris was born on September 20, 1958 in Easton, Maryland, to parents Mary Harris and Constantine Van Dyke. She spent her early years in Centreville, Maryland, where she lived with her mother and her sister at her great-grandparent's home until 1986. Afterward she moved to Washington, Pennsylvania, where she resided with her mother and stepfather until 2008. In that year, Stacey and her mother returned to Maryland, living with her sister and brother-in-law in Upper Marlboro until 2014. From 2014 onward, Stacey was lovingly supported by Second Family Adult Homes. Stacey spent her days at the Arc of Prince George's County. 

Stacey is survived by her devoted mother, Mary Higgins; her sister, French Wellington; her niece, Milan Wellington; her brother-in-law, Ricky Wellington. She also leaves behind her beloved Aunt, Mildred Wilson; her uncle Fred Wilson; as well as a large circle of cousins, caregivers, and friends.
