Theresa Katheryn Leaman

Ms. Theresa Kathryn Leaman (née Phipps) of Waldorf, MD, passed away on Saturday November 6, 2021 at the age of 48.

Theresa better known as Teri was born to parents Harold C. Phipps Jr. (Pete) and Joyce A. Phipps on September 11, 1973, in Cheverly, MD. She Graduated from Eleanor Roosevelt High School in 1991 and graduated from DeVry University in July 2018. 

Teri is survived by her daughters Kristen and Erin and son Edwin (Eddie), her sister Kimberly Reid, her nephews Derrick Jr, John and Daniel, her niece Kayla and Cheyenne and a host of family and close friends. 

Teri wished to be cremated so that her ashes can be spread in Ocean City, at a later date.  Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service to be held in Ocean City at a later date.
