On Thursday, March 4, 2021, Victor Pierre Epps was called home to be with the Lord. Victor was the eldest of four children born to Evelyn and George Epps on August 28, 1953 in Washington, DC. For much of his life Victor Epps grew up and worked in Washington, DC, where he lived a most boisterous life. Victor was united in marriage to his devoted wife Alexis Elizabeth Epps on June 16, 1979. In all their years of marriage they raised six children- Atiya, Nicole, Terri, Aaron, Victoria and Malcolm. Victor started his career in the United States Post Office like his mother before him for 22 years. He eventually came to start Epps Reliable Cleaning Business, with his wife and partner Alexis, touching and impacting many lives along the way. Victor Epps was led to the lord by his good friend and mentor, Joyce Parker. He loved the lord fiercely and dearly, and let the lord Jesus Christ lead his every move. Under the tutelage of Apostle Diane Crawford, he became a loving Pastor at Family Life Worship Center International. As a pastor and true man of his community he helped all the people he could with his words, his wisdom, and of all his body. Victor was a faithful husband and father. He loved to entertain the family while spending time with his children and many grandchildren. He was a burst of energy when needed, saying the most amusing things at just the right moment. Listening to music, enjoying great food, playing bid whist, and just being around other people were just a few things you could find Victor doing. Victor leaves to cherish his memory; his loving wife Alexis Epps, sister Joy Rogers (Will), brother Vance Epps (Robin), sister-in-law Angela Bradford (Richard). His favorite children Atiya Epps-Jones (Jeff), Nicole Epps, Terri Epps, Aaron Epps (Brittany), Victoria Epps (Raymond), Malcolm Epps (Sharon). His now eleven grandchildren Jordan, Ryan, Klhoe, Christian, Kamoni, Jacob, Joshua, Iyanna, Corey, Kyra, Tamia; and a host of relatives and dear family friends. Preceding him in death is his dear sister Judonne Epps.
