Was born December 22nd 1958. William was born in Washington DC. And grew up in river dale, MD. William resided in Lothian, MD. 

William loved keeping his self busy! William worked as a plumber, Landscaping, William also had accomplished his CDL in trucking. William loved to plant flowers and he adored his family, friends. 

William is survived by his late wife of 25 years Shelly Burdette. William leaves behind his daughter Samantha Burdette, son in law James Watkins, William H. Burdette 3rd and his wife Esabella Burdette, Billy also leaves behind his Mother in-law Dolores Devine. William also leave behind grandson Jaden Pinter, Lyla Burdette. His Brother Al- Fletcher. And multiple Cousins nieces and nephews.
